Scope
These terms apply to farmtech.us, FarmIQ™, FarmDefender™, SoilOptix, FarmLink, and FarmTag — all products and services operated by FarmTech Solutions, Inc., a Montana corporation.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You may not share accounts or use automated means to access the platform without authorization
- Your data belongs to you — see our Privacy Policy for details on data ownership and export
Acceptable use
- Use FarmTech products for their intended agricultural management purposes
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in ways not supported by the API
- Don't upload content that violates third-party rights or applicable law
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll notify customers of planned maintenance windows in advance. Unplanned outages will be communicated through support@farmtech.us.
Intellectual property
FarmDefender™ and FarmIQ™ are trademarks of FarmTech Solutions, Inc. The software, algorithms, and platform design are proprietary. Your field data, boundaries, and agronomic records remain your property.
